TEVA Hong Kong will be sponsoring a Team from Malaysia.
to be eligible to be selected as "Teva sponsored Team", interested Teams must submit their forms by 21 January 2009 full payment (application fee & ERC deposit) by 23 January 2009.
Selected Team will be notified via email & phone call.
Sponsored items would be apparels & footwear by TEVA.
apparels: to be confirm, either normal top or external wear.
Selection:
Successful teams who send in their complete forms & payments by the mention dates, selection would be done by DRAW LOTS.

All decision by the Committee of Raleigh KL is FINAL.
